Which Country Will Host ICC T20 World Cup 2021?
As per tournament details revealed by ICC, UAE and Oman are going to host the 7th successful edition of T20 World Cup 2021 for the 1st time in history. The 45 competitions of this event will be hosted at 4 different cities of UAE and Oman.
The 1st edition of ICC T20 World Cup was launched back in 2007 and South Africa was the 1st country to host that mega ICC event. West Indies is most successful side of this tournament as Caribbean team has won this event for the two times in 2012 and 2016 respectively.

Total 4 cities of UAE and Oman are going to host all the group stage as well as Semi-Finals and Final match of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. The Final Match of ICC T20 World Cup 2021 will be hosted by Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai on 14th November 2021.
Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1), Al Amerat
Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1), Al Amerat is a Ground located in Muscat City of Oman. This ground is going to host Round 1 matches of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1), Al Amerat was established back in 2012. Whereas this stadium holds capacity to entertain around 2,000 to 3,000 spectators during any match.
Oman Cricket Board is the owner of this Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1), Al Amerat. Whereas Test, ODI and T20 matches are held at this ground. The 1st ever ODI match played on this stadium was played on 5th January 2020 between Oman and UAE.
Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi
The Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi is also included in the Venue List of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. This stadium is going to host different group stage matches of this event. The Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi was constructed in 2004 and after renovation the seating capacity of this ground is increased to 20,000.
The Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi is counted among the largest stadiums of UAE. Over the decades this ground has hosted different Sports events. The Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi is currently controlled by Emirates Cricket Board. The last T20 played on this stadium was in 20 March 2021.
Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai
Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah
According to official schedule announced by ICC, Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah is going to host T20 World Cup T20 stage matches. Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah is located in Sharjah City of UAE. The stadium was built in 1982 and holds the record for hosting most ODI matches.
Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah has hosted many International Cricket Matches in the past and this ground can entertain 27,000 spectators. Sharjah Cricket Association is the owner of this Stadium. The stadium also hold flood light to host Day and Night Cricket matches.
