Just In! The Largest Sports Fantasy Game Dream XI has acquired the IPL 2020 Title Sponsorship Rights for ₹222 Crore from BCCI. The Board of Control Cricket in India had opened the bids for the 13th season of Indian Premier League, after previous sponsors Vivo has announced that they will not fund this season of IPL. Apart from Dream XI, many other brands also ran for the title Sponsorship rights were UnAcademy ₹210 Cr, Tata Sons ₹180 Cr & Byju ₹125 Cr. However, Dream 11 won the title sponsor rights after biding for ₹222 Cr to BCCI.
Dream 11 will hold the Indian Premier League title Sponsor rights from 18th August 2020 to 31st December 2021. This is a very good news for Indian Cricket fans who were worried about the IPL 2020 Title Sponsorship.
IPL 2020 is all set to be held from 19th September 2020 in UAE. Eight teams will play 54 matches to race for the 13th season Title of Indian Premier League.
